Prepare Soil and Planting Pot 🌱
Soil: Use well-draining, airy soil mixed with sand, coconut coir, rice husk ash, or perlite. The ideal pH range is 6.0 - 7.5.
Pot Selection: Choose a pot with drainage holes to prevent waterlogging.
Sow the Seeds Properly 🌿
Soak the seeds in warm water (30-35°C) for about 4-6 hours to stimulate germination.
Place the seeds horizontally on the soil surface, pressing them gently into the soil without burying them too deep.
Maintain a spacing of 2-3 cm between seeds to allow room for growth.
Lightly mist the soil to keep it moist, avoiding excessive watering that may cause rot.
Care for the Seedlings ☀️
Light: Keep the pot in a bright area with indirect sunlight. Once the seedlings develop true leaves, gradually expose them to direct sunlight.
Watering: Water only when the soil surface is dry, about 2-3 times per week. Adenium is drought-tolerant but sensitive to overwatering.
Fertilization: After 3-4 weeks, apply diluted organic fertilizer or NPK fertilizer to support growth.
